Personal Training Endurance Coaching Wellness & Specialty Classes
Individual and Group training sessions are offered in a public gym or in-home. These sessions are designed to help you achieve your individual fitness goals. Individual plans are developed to motivate and effectively accomplish results quickly. Design of customized training plans for single or seasonal endurance events. Whether your goals are competing or simply completing an individualized plan can help you make this happen.
Training plans are designed for running events, cycling, triathlon and multisport events.
Consultations are available to address questions dealing with diet and nutrition, weight loss and fitness.
Number of Sessions Cost per Session
1 - 3 sessions $50.00
4 - 10 sessions $40.00
10 or more sessions $35.00
Coaching Plan Cost per month
Monthly - Basic $150.00
Monthly - Premium $250.00
Consultation Costs

$35.00 per hour

Sessions are one hour in length and include an initial fitness and goal setting consultation at no charge. All coaching plans include a week-to-week training schedule and a weekly face-to-face or phone consultation. Training plans are written based on the concept of Periodization training, which provides athletes with varied and progressive training to ensure that constant improvement is achieved.

* A $100.00 start up fee is charged to all coaching clients, which includes an initial consultation and goal assessment.
Specialty Classes
Group fitness classes can be designed based on individual requests. Cost of these classes would be determined based on the class type and structure.
Groups
Small groups or couples training sessions are also available and can be a good economical and motivational option.

Groups of Two  - $60.00
Groups of Two to Four - $100.00

Basic
The basic coaching plan is designed for the person who seeks a weekly “check in” meeting and can complete a week long training schedule. Monthly goals are assessed at the end of each month.

Premium
Similar to the basic plan, however clients have a more closely monitored approach and have bi-weekly “check in” meetings or phone calls, ensuring that correct workouts are being completed.

A Simple Plan
A simple monthly training plan can also be written for those seeking a written plan with no monitoring or consultation.

Monthly plans for any events cost $50.00
